Ascai Berries are not easy to find in most regular supermarkets.This is because they are grown mainly in the rain forests' of South America. However, you can buy acai juice in many supermarkets, and it's scrumptious. I highly recommend the innocent fruit smoothies available in most places in the UK. Recipe:

  • One cup frozen blueberries
  • One cup frozen raspberries
  • One cup acai berry juice (innocent or any other)
  • Half cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • One Tbsp. unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until they are smooth. It will serve two.
